I decided to purchase two of these despite all of the horrible reviews posted. Turns out, they are actually pretty good rocking chairs. It wasn’t hard for me to assemble. I did have to use a power drill for four of the screws but it wasn’t hard at all. The chairs look great and are very sturdy and nicely finished. I’m not sure if I just got the good batches or what but, I recommend these by far.Edit: Two years later and these chairs still hold up pretty well. They look the same as they did when I bought them! No regrets.

we purchased 2 chairs, had to return one because it arrived broken and cracked.We received a replacement successfully.A month later, both chairs are now cracked in various places.Would definitely not purchase this again.

I read the other reviews re. misaligned holes etc... and was a little apprehensive placing this order. That said, you can't beat the price. I ordered three chairs, all were exactly as advertised, with none of the defects experienced by other reviewers (paint, misaligned holes etc....). Assembly was straightforward and each chair went together without incident. Each took approx. 15 minutes to assemble using a power screw driver with a hex bit. The instructions were cited as vague by some reviewers, however the assembly was/is so simple that I can't see the value in anything other than the pictorial instructions provided. I am pleased with the quality and would recommend these chairs to anyone.

Just love these chairs. Quick delivery easy assembly. I always wanted a front porch and now finally have one at our retirement home in North Carolina. First thing we did was start to search for rockers.We just love them. Purchased the white wood. Finish is attractive and chairs are very sturdy. Silent no cracking sound with our chairs. Hope to be rocking away for many years to come. Since we live in the south they are outside all the time. No peeling or cracking. Easy to clean spray and wipe.

At first these chairs seem like they will last for a few years! But, they do not. I have had mine a couple of months and already they are falling apart. I will be tossing them out soon. I did purchase the insurance, but too much of a hassle to send back or deal with repairs. Lesson learned...go and sit in the chairs before buying them...ugh...i bought 2 of them! Very disappointing...

Shipping and packaging was great but after only one week of siting on he porch some of the center wood pieces started to crack. Definitely not even close to the weight rating of this product so it is some what a disappointment

I bought two of these, one in Summer of 2017 and one just this month. The first chair had misaligned screw holes on both the bottom rocker rails, which I had to drill out to make work. Other than that, the first held up so well and was what I needed for a porch rocker, that I bought a second one. The second one not only had the bottom/rocker rail screw holes misaligned, it had several other holes misaligned on the upper part of the chair and all required additional drilling. It was a bear to put together. The instructions are simple, all the screws, Allen wrench, and wooden screw-plugs were present. But those screw holes were time consuming to drill and get just right.I think it’s a crap shoot with the screw holes and assembly - which makes me think there’s a problem with quality control. All that said, it’s a low price for a nice looking, somewhat sturdy porch rocker.

Please don’t buy this. It’s too late, once assembled, to realize the poor quality of this product and try to request a refund. It has to be disassembled and repacked to return it. (Trust me, we will go through the effort).As a rule I/We rarely leave a review at all unless a product is wonderful beyond expectations or the quality is grossly misrepresented. This is the latter of these times.The chair is flimsy, poorly made and feels like it will tip easily, regardless if the weight of the person on rocker. It is not stable on any level.If you are buying it purely for decoration and no one will ever sit in it, go for it. Otherwise look elsewhere

I'm not sure about those who complained these were difficult to assemble. It took me about 20 minutes for the first one, and 15 for the second. I used an electric drill for the four screws holding the rockers and then a ratchet make quick work of the other, hex bolts. I applied wood glue to each of the assembled joints to ensure they would not squeak or come loose over time. The chairs (I bought two) look great on our front porch.

Extremely poor quality - absolutely not worth the $$. Purchased 2 of these rockers in April 2020, fairly easy to assemble, looked fine the first summer. Despite description regarding outdoor durability, we brought them inside for the winter, put back outside in spring - paint cracked and looks terrible. Last week, after less than 1 1/2 yrs, daughter sat in one and the leg disintegrated and chair has to be thrown out. Will be contacting manufacturer but there goes over $535.

Very happy with this product. My daughter assembled it in an half in hour to 45 minutes. Which it does state an half an hour.The wood quality is great! Stained well. It recommends you to put a spray a UV protection on it so I did. Very comfortable:)

I asked for this as a last minute Christmas gift and it was delivered in record time, so I was really impressed right from the start. The chair was really simple to assemble and it looks awesome! Being that I'm in Quebec Canada I'll be using it inside. It has a little cracking sound when I rock however I think it's part of its charm. Very satisfied and I would buy it again :)

Very upset they are chipped everywherethey have to be sanded and fill in chips and re paint this shoudnt have come this way l paid for them l shoudnt havr to repair a knew product
