HORRIBLE
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have gotten 2 freezers that did NOT work. I have filed multiple claims to get a refund and NO ONE can give me any answers. They owe me over $3,500 and will NOT refund my purchase. I have sent both freezers back and still nothing. This is TERRIBLE customer service from Amazon and My Restaurant Store . Do NOT buy.

DO NOT BUY. Terrible quality and terrible service
I bought this freezer, not from Amazon, and it worked for about a year before it quit freezing. Called service and they tell me it has a one-year warranty. Well it clearly says three year warranty and five year compressor warranty. No help at all. This is a cheap Chinese made freezer and I would very highly recommend that you spend your money on a better company. I do not regularly write hatchet jobs of products, but clearly I am not the only one that has issues. Stay away and don't let the price influence you like it did me.
