This is the first time I buy this product, it does not say the mg on the package , and I still don't know if it will be effective as the Finest Natural I used to buy, I bought that as replacement, so I cannot really judge effectiveness. But regarding delivery and promptness, very good service.

Every time I take these pills, I feel sleepy. I also take it before bedtime.
