I have been doing intermittent fasting for a while and the only struggle for me was fatigue and head fog. This problem was solved by this product. It does not give you a hyper speed buzz, what is does is clear your mind, increase focus and gives you a little bit of energy. Really it's fat burning giving you energy, research bhb and hydroxybutyrate to see what's going on. I was very wary of a placibo effect (which you can't really gaurds against) but the effect of the supplement was so obvious I was like wow I have to look into this. If you feel tired and find yourself daydreaming or spaced out because of diet this stuff will bring you back. Two in the morning good all day.

So I have been on a steady weight loss journey for about 5 months. Lost 26 pounds by simply tracking my calorie intake daily. I have hit a wall with the weight loss so I looked for a boost; found this product. Read reviews and ordered it to help get past my stoppage. I have taken as directed for 3 weeks so far. The only thing it did for me was mildly curb my appetite; nothing else. Lost 0 pounds with this product.I'm disappointed after reading a lot of positive reviews about Keto Ultra. Maybe placed by product sponsors, don't know. Going to order a different product and not this one again.

Didn’t work for me.

So much energy. I was looking for something that would assist me with the lethargy I was battling while trying keep the carbs low for my diet. This worked for me immediately. For the first time in some time I felt normal again. It was like I was suddenly a decade younger again. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who needs the support to stay on the Keto diet. It is a great help and well worth the time and money!!!

I am only part way through my first bottle... at this point I am very impressed. I take it first thing in the morning with lots of fresh water. It seems to help early morning cravings when blood sugar is low. I don't start full blown keto till Friday.. the day after my birthday😕, but it is helping me reduce my eating and focus on intermittent fasting as prep. Good product. I may increase to great product once I go full keto if it works as great as I suspect it will.

The product came quick and I started to take it that same day. All I can say is, "WOW!" This thing really works! I had energy to workout and it curbed my appetite. So far so good! I'll have to re-post again after I've taken it for a full month and let everyone know how much weight I lost.

Update (2/26/19)I initially thought this worked for me. Continued use of this for three weeks did nothing for me. Shifted to another brand and I have started to lose weight again. So many choices out there making it difficult to determine which ones are legit. Not this one. Most of the 5-star reviews were given on the promise of a free bottle that never came.Arrived quickly. So far so good.

I was already eating on a ketogenic diet in hopes that this would help me achieve better results however it never brought me into ketosis and I experienced no weight loss I would not buy this product again.
