If you need to move your bowels, this will 100% without a doubt move them! I've never used anything that worked so well and fast. Be near a bathroom!

Odd flavor but mixes well with ACV and electrolyte supplements. Workes well!

Great Product!!!
I found out I had been diagnosed the Fatty Acid Oxidation disorder. In order to treat this I need a supplement. This L-Carnitine has fit this supplement. It taste great and has helped me through these issues.
