I was skeptical about this product at first but decided to give it a try. All the contents (headband, stretch cord, ball) fit in the small cardboard box that it came in, I kept the box and use it for storage. The headband is adjustable by velcro, comfortable, and still very durable. An excessive amount of bungee cord is included so you can tie/cut it according to your reach. The boxing ball itself is soft enough to punch bare-knuckle and still a good enough size to hit with gloves on. Small enough to use just about anywhere - the park, the beach, the gym, or even right at home. It honestly takes some practice to get a good flow going but I can definitely see the positive correlation between training with the ball and actual sparring. Not only do you work on the accuracy of your punches, you also work on vision, and head-movement. Overall I think the NVZIBL training ball is a great product for people of all experience levels, perfect for training at home or on the go, and a fair price for the quality of what you recieve. I love this product. I bought a different one but it doesn’t compare to this one. When you receive it in the mail it comes with over 4 feet of elastic band. So you can size it up to your each and if it ever wears down, you can just replace it. I’ve use it a couple of times and it’s really good quality. I would highly recommend this to any fighter who is trying to get there timing and rhythm right.

I love this product! Great for hand eye coordination for boxing/kickboxing/mma. It also helped me with my head movement and slipping punches. It even gives you a good sweat if you are just looking for a workout. Highly recommended for fighters or just someone looking for a great exercise.
