It magnets to the side of my microwave!

I wanted salt from the California coast but I need flaky salt for my purposes. This salt, though it tastes fine, is fine crystals not flakes. And pricey to boot. I can't return it so will use as I use other fine-grained sea salt. In fairness, the description did not say whether it was fine grained or flaky so I knew I was taking a chance.

This salt was going to be a gift to someone in another country who loves Sea salt. I wanted to bring something from California. Well, the label that the seller put on the tin covered the nutrient content as well as some of the attractive front of the tin (per the picture on amazon which is what I looked at to decide to buy the product). I tried to just peel off the added label and it tore the original label underneath where you can read the exact ingredients and the nutritional content. NOT OK!!!! It looks so ugly now and there's no recourse.

I was skeptical initially, but have really loved this salt!I purchased it to make mozzarella, and was hesitant since it feels weird buying food from amazon.I’ve used this in almost every meal since!

I got a few of these, and wrapped each one in a nice linen dish towel - lovely gift for my gourmet/ baker/ foodie friends.

No joke this salt is a game changer. Superior quality, amazing flavor, and California sourced and made. Keep up the awesome work ya'll! This stuff is the bomb!

Love all of the products from this line, they taste great and have generous portions. The magnetic bottom is a cool surprise as well.

Of course it's non GMO. ITS A FREEKIN ROCK!!! There's no genes in salt!!!!There are only 11 GMO foods in this world.People are incredibly gullible and the whole non GMO labeling is a greed driven scam. Do your research.
