Need to improve packaging for shipping
I just purchased four of these for my media room. The frames are great, the problem is they are not packaged for shipping, only a cardboard wrap and plastic sleeve, one of the packages was damaged on the corner, when opened the corner was dented and scratched and the plexiglass cover was miscut. This one needs to go back. I now have to figure out how to do that. Would have gotten 5 stars except for the packaging. A great value none the less.
