So @#$&+!*! difficult to open and close!
I would be happy to be able to give this chair 5 stars, but it has hurt me twice trying to get the damn thing open and shut! I have to lean my whole body weight on the seat edges to open it, then finally it suddenly opens with a SNAP! that has pinched my fingers between the seat and the side. To close it I have to step between the flipped-uo footrests because we have headrest poles preventing me from reaching the seat from the rear, and it won't close until I lift the seat middle so hard the entire chair is in the air, and I shake it up and down until finally SNAP! it shuts, with the footrest crashing into my ankle. If there's anything I can do to make it open and shut more easily please tell me!

Lightweight!
A great wheelchair that is lightweight and easy to assemble. The foot rests come off for easy storage and pop right in to place when needed. The only drawback is there are no anti-tip bars that come with it, as advertised. I notified the seller and they sent a new chair, WITHOUT the bars again. I'm keeping it anyway. You never know when you may need one?!

Fantastic and affordable
The shipper had poor care, box damaged, missing parts. Trying to notify Amazon of missing parts. My wife is a nurse for over 40 years, best she has seen in years. Better than the one hospital used to discharge her. 100% satisfaction, would recommend and affordable to everyone

Disappointed
Very disappointed!! Bought for a trip as I need the leg support. Wheelchair showed up with no legs at all! Bad advertising bad care for handicap customers. Now I have yet another wheelchair that won’t help me get from place to place because I have no leg support

Didn't come with the leg rests and came unboxed.
This product came unboxed up, all beat up and with no leg rests. I have sent a help request but I am needing assistance to get the leg rests that come with this.

Missing parts
It shows anti-tip bars but never showed in the box, I had to spend more money to get what is shown. SAD
