I purchased this for my husband for Christmas, and it is wonderful! I had never seen a wool Irish Sweater with a zipper before, and was very glad that this turned out to be such great quality and fit. He loves it!

Really small, but really nice.
It is a really nice sweater, but in the same way as skinny jeans go this thing is made form fitting. If you want a loose standard fit order at least two sizes bigger. I ordered a 2XL and had to return it.Again, very nice looking, high quality, just skinny jeans for your upper torso.

Not worth the Price
Ordered a medium, received a XXL, Poor quality, attempted to zip up and misalignment of the zipper made it impossible to easily zip. I had to check the label thinking since it was such poor quality it was made in China and to my surprised made in Ireland. Very Dissatisfied.

Order xx large. Garment is tight around chest but loose around the waist. I'm not a body builder. Still totally wearable. Zipper is on the wrong side. Not a deal breaker either just strange.

Good until...
It's a fantastic sweater until you have to wash it. Every instruction was followed, but sweater still shrunk small enough to fit my 5 year old boy. Not happy.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it. The description said that the size runs small so I bought the next size up and I am very glad that I did! The wool is beaufifully soft and the grey colour is very servicable. I may buy one for myself next.

I really like the sweater and the only fault is that the XXL is more like a L or XL.I'm 6'4" about 240 and the sweater is not tight but I wish that it were a bit more loose.

Go up a size if you don’t want it to be snug.
I really like this sweater, and it’s not scratchy. Size up, because European sizes are different than American sizes. Also European zippers are on the opposite side. It’s not a woman’s zipper like some have claimed. The sweater itself is well made, medium thickness, and seems to be of good quality.
