Let me start by saying I am tall. When I buy trousers, they have to have a 32" inside leg, and ideally a 34". These are easily 32", so if you're looking for tall fit trousers, these will do nicely. They are elasticated at the bottom of each leg.My waist size is a size 16 at Next, and I went for XL black trousers here. They fit perfectly. It is not a very thick elastic waistband, probably about 2cm, but it holds the trousers up just fine, and it allows a comfortable degree of stretch and movement for those days when you want to eat the entire tub of ice cream or packet of crisps ;) These area ideal for lounging around the house in, or for casual wear, but not for anything too formal. I'm not sure I could get away with them for work, as they're more like pyjama trousers than work trousers. If pockets are important to you, there are no pockets here - sorry!The material is what I would describe as a jersey T-shirt type material. It's pretty lightweight, and I imagine it will bobble, which immediately limits its life. After one machine wash, I can already see some bobbles forming. If, like me, you're around dogs or cats for a lot of your working day, it seems to be a pretty good magnet for animal hair as well. Be prepared to spend time picking pet hair off these trousers.Overall, a comfortable and casual pair of trousers. A good choice for us taller ladies, and they work well with patterned tops. I've worn them around the house and for early morning dog walks on summery days, and they are fine for that purpose. If they did them in a more cotton-like fabric which would last longer, it would be a five star review for sure.

Lovely and soft, excellent fit, washes well.

These are nice comfy pants , obviously quite full but fit fine I'm 5 8 so the are a little long but not a problem. I d say more suitable for Spring/summer but with long jumper jacket are fine this time of year. Would order more.Suitable for gym or just casual. Only issue is took a long time to come through post.
