Dark brown/black Oud? Really?
No resin at all in this mostly tan, bone dry wood that floats in water like a ping pong ball. No scent or any sight of a bit of moisture from resin at all from any amount of heat short of setting it on fire at which time it just smells like burning antique white wood and remains dry. Not one bubble of resin from several pieces tested in several ways.Nice enough appearance though. It'll look really good encapsulated in acrylic with some mica for a kalimba box.
