Update to review below:The EATOP Customer Service Team contacted me about the below problems and have sent me a new flash drive at no cost. It looks different than the original one I bought but it does work. I am able to backup pictures and contacts directly from my iphone, and I can load music from my computer on the drive and play them on my phone. Since this was really the intent I had when purchasing this item I can say that the new device does work as expected. In addition, I can plug in this new device to my iphone without having to remove the cover. I must say that the customer service team was very responsive and good to work with, which was much appreciated. Therefore I have updated my rating of the EATOP product.First, you had to remove the case to plug in the device. Once it was plugged in, it prompted you to download the app, which I did. At first it seemed to work and almost a thousand pictures transferred. When I clicked on them in the app, the pictures were tiny and of poor quality. Then, I got a message that the operation was cancelled, and then none of the pictures showed up on the device. After that, the device just was not recognized at all despite multiple tries to get it to work, including rebooting my phone. I have returned this product for a refund and ordered a different model. I would not get this one again.

I need to move 100+ images off my iPhone. When I move the images on my phone to the external device they are ALL extremely low resolution. I am using the uTools app. I read the instructions. This should be simple and straightforward but the app doesn't move the original photos. Only tiny low res unusable image. So far this product is a waste of money. I don't find the app to work well so this will be a return.

This product did NOT work, waste of money. If I could give 0 stars I would.I followed all instructions that came in packaging. I even contacted my tech guy and asked him to try. We thought he had it working until it stated “usb not dectected”.I have 22,000 pics on my phone that I wanted to empty for vacation as my computer is currently with tech guy being updated and revamped. I have no way to empty my phone. I figured this purchase would do exactly what I wanted and it would be great for future use. Wrong.

I purchased this flash drive to copy my pictures from my phone to this drive. It only shows at max 22 pictures. I have over 400 I wanted to store on this drive. The instructions are minimal and the software does not appear on the phone as it shows on YouTube or user guide. Do not waste your money or time.

I turned my mom's entire cd collection of about 300 cds into mp3 and put them on this so she could play them with an ipad and bluetooth speakers. Fit all the songs with room to spare and is still working great.

Do not like. It does not fit my iPhone.Disappointed.
