Put together incorrectly
Necklace is cute; it's plastic, but only $10.99. 🤷♀️ We got this as a birthday present but, as I remember seeing in another review, the word "friend" is upside down. I can fix it myself but shouldn't have to, and I'm concerned it might break when I try. The party is in less than 2 days so we may not have a gift to give if I try to return it. I will attempt to contact the seller.

Word "BEST" is upside down and the chain had a broken link.Both issues are fixable with a pair of pliers but I don't want to have to fix something the moment I purchase it.
