Product quality inconsistent
I really like this product and it provides wonderful pain relief, though not very long lasting. Still, it's worth it. I use it every day. My only issue with this product is the manufacturer's product quality control is nonexistent. I always purchase this on Amazon and the product is always different. I never know what I'm going to get. They seem not to have any control over the amount of blue dye in it for one thing. The last batch was so blue it stained my hands and everything it touched. The batch before it was a very light blue and did not stain. A good batch is also more like a lotion, but the batch I just received is rather watery and more gel like. This is more than enough reason to discontinue using this product - or any product that has such quality control issues - but I have not found any other product that is as effective so I'm putting up with it for the time being. My greatest concern is that if they can't control the amount of dye in it (too bad they have to use any dye), how many of the other ingredients are they not in control. What you read on the label is not necessarily what you're actually getting.

Apply 3+ times a day for new joints in just days
This is the best muscle cream there is! $100 pain med prescribed patches don't compare to this. It helps with loose shoulders in the socket. It seems to actually help repair my joints. I am 25 and come from a bodybuilding background and this stuff is just great! The key is to apply it literally and vigorously, make sure you massage it in very fast and hard to really get blood flow to that area and it will absorb much better and I believe the friction and heat opens your pores to accept it better. Also make sure you apply it 3 or more times a day and with in a 3-7 days I swear you'll almost be like new!

Great for sore muscles, can augment with Vitamin D3 and K2
Have been buying and enjoying this for about 10 years now.During the past 6 months have tried mixing Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 liquid from Thorneinto this and putting is on back of my 70 year old handsFound that the combination not only softened the skin, but also eliminated the raised veins.Was trying for about 1,000 IU of vitamin D per hand - but might gotten as little as 200 IUHave also used DMSO cream in place of Ulta-Blue - cannot notice the differenceBoth mixed fairly well with the oil.

Didn't work for me
Icy Hot works a lot better, I didn't get any relief with this. I was hoping that the fact that it contains MSM would make a difference, but it didn't. The only positive about it is the smell is not over powering.

Best pain relief cream I have found
This pain relief cream you need to rub in or have someone help you rub in but it provides excellent, fast soothing relief of muscular tightness like in the neck or upper back. It is also good for arthritis pain of knees, legs, hands, and feet. I often take it when going for a massage and have the therapist rub some on my neck and upper back after the massage to sooth the muscles. I have severe neck pain at times and this works best.

Not like the junk they sell at Walmart or Walgreens
This product is the real deal. Not like the junk they sell at Walmart or Walgreens. I like to rub on my temples and back of my ears/neck when I have a headache.
