The first time I ordered these hooves I received a box of 20. Great, my dog loved them. Ordered again, exactly the same, to be sent ONE hoof. Contacted Amazon who sent the order again, to be sent ONE hoof again!! Paid nearly £17 for one hoof which I now have to return to get a refund because it seems impossible to actually speak to a human being at Amazon to get what I paid for.

I've bought lots of these boxes and this is the worst box I have ever received, firstly it was in an old cardboard box, next someone clearly cannot count there is a vast difference between the 20 advertised to the 13 we received.. NOT EVER buying again from this seller..

These hooves are great - both my dogs love them but my little boy especially gets days of chewing pleasure from them even after the filling is long gone. However, just like another reviewer I have to report that I got 19 hooves, not the 20 promised in the product description. When you've got two hungry doggies it's important to have an even number of hooves, so I'm docking one star for that.BTW based on prior experience from ordering other Hollings products, I took care to go for the purchase option that bears the text "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon", just to make sure I got the real deal. Still one hoof short though!

Like crack to my dog. I'm less keen, bit smelly, but as my dog is in charge, I buy them. I freeze them so they last longer when she eats them.

Stinky... But our dog loves these! They don’t come in a display box as pictured- they come in a plastic bag- which is fine! As they smell we keep ours in the garage and bring a couple inside to store in our dogs treat cupboard. These keep her entertained for about an hour (slightly longer if we freeze them) whilst getting all the tasty stuff out of the middle, then she continues to come back to the bone for a chew until I eventually bin & replace (every 1-2 weeks). Great for dogs that love to chew & destroy tasty stuff, these last so much longer than usual bones 😊

The first time I got a box of twenty but then twice since I’ve only been sent one. It’s a hassle trying to explain to Amazon assist because on even though advertised as lot of 20, further down it says unit of one!Get this sorted as it was a good product when you did get 20

Don't get me wrong my dog loves this, well my Samoyed loves these my GSD won't touch them. But these are the worst smelling treats I've every purchased EVERSmells like old sweaty toenails and it gets stronger the longer they chew them, also they break off in big chunks which my dog has swallowed and she sicked it back up so be extremely careful if you do try these

After buying a box of 20 hoofs and dogs loving them I decided to buy some more.This time I only got sent 1 hoof. So paid £16.60 for 1 hoof.I have sent this back and hoping to get a refund. Don’t know what’s happened and why only one got sent the second time when the first time they were fine.
