I would call Yakima and order 2 medium grid cross arms.

It will fit anything with crossbars. You may need to install crossbars that run perpendicular to the factory luggage rails.

Q: Does the medium size fits a 2018 Jeep Wrangler?

I’m sure it would with the correct roof rails. It is sized right for my Honda Pilot for reference.

Q: Will this fit a 2019 Honda Pilot with factory roof rack bars?

The brackets are VERY adjustable and should fit any cross bars you can find.
