Ok theres a few things. It never shuts off? It claims theres anion emissions, but the emitter is not there? The manual states it does have them and only applicable to the TS2000, and there is a switch to disable if you desire? There is no switch? Also claims there is a 3 minute song that plays after you close it for required brushing time? There is no melody that plays? It does make a couple rhythmic sounds but it's like 3 secs not 3 min? Lastly the manual cover is the correct device however the diagram inside presents a different model TS3000? I have included pics to show why I'm disappointed with this whole thing.. Unless I can get valid answer on these concerns. I would have to say this is just a knockoff item that does nothing it claims! And rest assured I will be returning it and buying a real one! It looks really nice. It comes with both a table stand and a wall-mount (via glue tape or screws), I chose to use the glue tape and mounted it on a mirror. It is larger than I expected, but probably needs to be that large the toothbrushes. It is good quality and seems to work perfectly (I don't have the means to confirm sanitization). It chimes during use--when you close the door, when it starts UV-light mode, when it switches to/from heat-drying mode, and when you open the door. I thought that would be annoying but it is not loud and I've come to like it as a confirmation that the unit is doing its thing.One con: The toothbrush and razor hanger isn't sufficiently secure and isn't adjustable and therefore cannot handle all sizes. I have one of the cheap powered toothbrushes which does fit within the enclosure but does not fit in the hanger. The neck of the brush was too thick. Also, the brushes hang very loosely--it feels like you have to carefully balance each brush on the wire hanger. The manufacturer needs to upgrade the hanger to something adjustable.Overall, I love it and am using it daily.

This does not work. I got one that looked like it had been opened. I purchased it for the heat function. It never comes on. Also I brush my teeth at night and about 3am the freaking blue light comes on. It is in my master bath and the light is so bright it wakes me up....CLOSED.the heat does not work, the blue sanitizing light comes on when it wants. I do. Ot recommend. I purchased and did not open the box and test it until I was ready to install which was past 30 days.

I really love this device. I normally clean my families toothbrushes a couple times a week but with this it cleans it everyday. This device is great because it has a UV light for germs. I bought it mostly for the drying feature and it keeps the brushes and toothpaste tidy in the bathroom while providing a door on the front to help protect the brushes for other germs in the bathroom. I would definately buy this again in the future and maybe for gifts for family!^^

I received the item, look wonderful but... no work... with power remain dead... nothing happen... Return to Amazon do not work from here Philippines since Amazon refund only 20 USD and the shipment from here can be easy around 100 USD...Then I open the unit and test completely the circuit board and found that the 9VDC connector was defective... need to unsold the small parts from the printed circuit board and replace and soldering a good one. Then all work wonderful... but... If I am not electronic engineer or qualified electronic repair guy this will be a complete waste of money...I do not know how it work Amazon with the vendors... my case was simply because the manufacturer do not have a quality control process... no QC sticker... maybe this review is useless... the product IS GREAT and so elegant and I am so happy with... but need my work to repair...

We had another brand of toothbrush sanitizer that had the brushes inserted head down inside the unit. It seemed to work, but it was quite messy over time. This unit has a superior design. It's a little early to determine durability, but I suspect that with the LED type of lights it will last a long time. I can't verify the actual sanitizing effect, but the brushes seem clean and nicely dried for the next use with no residue buildup in the unit itself. It stands well in the corner of the countertop.

Product arrived on time and well packaged. Set up was easy. Thus far (A few to several months) the product has performed well. Power consumption is minimal. Less than .5 watts when heating and around 2 watts when the UV lights are operating. Did not measure the standby power consumption but even if it is still .2 watts...Not going to add much to the electric bill. The magnetic latch / switch works well. The chime for brushing teeth is NOT continuous. It sounds once to start and once at the end.

I use to have a germ Terminator . Infact I've had about four, or so . They never lasted . This product so far has been pretty good . Easy to use, sanitizes my toothbrushes well . I have used it on my razor only once . My only concern is the durability of this product . The germ Terminator was good, but wasn't durable . I've only had this sanitizer a month, and a half . So I can not comment on it's durability, but it does do the job pretty well .
