Comfortable and solid
After a few years of daily, heavy use the previous strap was still in excellent shape. I decided to replace it just because it was a few shades lighter than when I bought it. The new one is just as comfortable and solid so I expect it to last just as long if not longer if I don't subject it to so much abuse :)

Disappointed with quality....
I am a full time CFI and got this bag as a student (B7). The bag has held nicely for the most part but the accessories seem to be lacking in quality. Just months into use the shoulder strap started to frey and well it just becomes worse and worse. For the price and how Brightline sets itself apart as a premium product. This is disappointing to say the least. I hope the next iterations have better quality and better support/cushion on the straps.Brightline, I want to love your product but I am stuck in a love hate relationship with it right now.PS. I had similar issues with the cap pack reviewed as well.
