Are they weighted so they don’t tip over with a 7” candle in?

They aren't weighted but mine are holding 9 inch flameless tapered candles with 2 AA batteries and do not top over.

It's .875 inch. Your candle should fit at .75 inches.

Can the top and bottom be unscrewed to be separated?
