I had a typical size glass water bottle that I would take with me on the go. 1 - I always ran out of water and 2 - it was always damp from condensation. I immediately loved this bottle because it solved all that AND I didn’t have to go searching for a neoprene carrying kit. For the price, this is a terrific value. My husband doesn’t drink the water at work (it’s gross there), but... he saw the bottle I bought for myself and wanted one, too. LOVE the wide mouth as well; makes cleaning so much easier. I spent quite a while searching on Amazon and elsewhere online before purchasing. I’m very pleased!! :))))))

I received my bottle over a week ago and contemplated on whether or not to keep it until today. I guess I should have read the description better. You have to unscrew the lid and remove it every time you take a drink. I don't want to be juggling a lid so I'm returning it. If it weren't for that, I'd rate this 5 stars. It's a great quality bottle.

I am editing my initial review as the company has graciously given me a second chance on the item. I wouldn't hold the bottle by the carrying handle unless there is nothing else around you as it does tend to swing and you risk hitting something unintentionally as I did.It is a stronger type of glass but fragility is just the nature of the material. If you want the highest durability you can go plastic but along with that you get leeching chemicals overtime or stainless steel which also has the issue of leeching various metals.The bottle has a wide mouth and very easy to clean compared to others, the larger volume allows me to bring it to work and have fresh water from my home reverse osmosis water filter for most of the day. The tea strainer is also a good addition to mix things up occasionally. Treat the bottle with care and it will last you a long time. A+ to the customer service team as well.

This item is awesome. It’s environmentally friendly AND keeps my water cold for hours. I sometimes wish it had a sports top instead so I wouldn’t have to unscrew the lid, but that’s my only complaint. I love the handy pouch it comes with as well. Makes it easier to carry and then I don’t feel it’s so fragile. I definitely recommend this glass bottle. It’s very nice looking too.

I love this water bottle! Glass leaves no taste to the water, it comes with the insert so if I want to use the infuser I have the option - but mostly, I just love it for my daily water bottle. It holds 32 oz, so 1/2 the amount recommended--it is easy to drink enough water, or to know when I fall behind. It is not a sport bottle, but I prefer to pour my water during the work day- I will drink more from a cup than a sport bottle. It pours smoothly and cleanly and does not dribble, drip, or splash. That being said, I don't "dump it out", I pour it. I marked it 4 stars for durability because it is glass, after all, but under normal care, it holds up fine, so far. I don't throw it down or treat it like plastic, though. It comes with a sort of foam cover, and I bought a carrier that the bottle and foam cover fit in perfectly, which helps protect it, and makes it easy to carry. It is this one: MIRA Water Bottle Carrier for Wide Mouth Insulated Bottles, with shoulder strap and carry handle. Overall, more expensive than my old plastic bottle, but this one doe not leak, does not drip, does not make water taste funny, holds more water, and I plan to have it a very long time. Very happy with this purchase!

Please read. Warning for those that buy.Wife got this as a present. It was exactly what she wanted. Glass that held right amount of water with a handle, she loved it. But, within that week, it completely shattered from falling off one step. Wife was devastated. Felt bad so I end up buying a second one for her. She promised she would be more careful with this one. Only a couple weeks go by, shes at work taking a sip and notices the sound of ice inside. Funny she thought, she didn't add ice and the neoprene cover/handle was not soaked like last time. Sure enough, she looks inside and there is shattered glass only on the inside, but the outside glass was still fully intact. Mind you, my wife already took a drink. This is from daily to-and-from work use, and not from out and about hiking or being physically active use. With that, I can't recommend this product. I know people want to be healthy by drinking out of glass instead of plastic containers, but I'd steer clear. Luckily my wife did not consume any glass.

I received the bottle last night. I really liked the concept and quality of the bottle itself. Unfortunately, today, on the first day of use, the stitching on the carrying strap of the neoprene cover came undone as I was walking into work. Causing the the bottle to fall to the ground and break. If you buy this bottle, check the stitching on the strap before you use it!

I really like the quality of the bottle. When ole big it, looks really felt like it was worth the price. The markings are clear and the overall aesthetic of the bottle is great. It is large, but that isn’t a problem and should be expected. I will try to update when I have better feedback about how it retains water temperature and if I use the strainer.
