Bought for the church. Works great! The pitchers are NOT glass. So that’s a plus. Filters are bigger than regular store bought kind.The church folks love it!

Only takes 3 minutes to brew a pot. You don't have to have a water line hooked to it. Professional grade for sure. We are using bottled water to fill it this time around because we have lime in our well water that plugs up most coffee makers in one year. This unit is expensive; but definitely worth it.

How fast it makes the coffee

We know this product well, 15 years of love. It finally had issues and we opted for replacement. We purchased our own stainless basket years ago so we are still using it for this one. The one we just purchase came with the stainless steel bottomed carafes, two in a non toxic heat safe plastic. We were having to use a normal coffee maker for a week and are so spoiled, we were miserable. This baby is part of the family. For new users that thing a high end product like this leaks when new and is faulty...please read the manual on first use! It takes 3 full measured fill jugs to set up. Then WAIT a half hour. Now it's good to go forever.. add ONE pot and water displacement will give you one pot of steaming hot pour over coffee house coffee! Done. Want more? Do another. Super simple. Bunn is the BEST

My company has used a BUNN coffee maker for years. This one was purchased to replace one that was over 10 years old. The carafes are cheaply made and already have brown stains in the bottom of them. It has changed the taste of the coffee and not for the good. The carafes in the picture are not the same ones we received. After the coffee is made no matter how long you wait to make another pot, as soon as you take the basket out it leaks water all over the bottom and the warmer.

It is a good machine however I would have love to received both decanters that was advertised. I only received one and still waiting for someone to contact me. It works great but I had buy another decanters. It was suppose to be plastic with the aluminum bottom which is what I would have referred, but it was glass which is Okay. Others that use the machine will have to be careful when pouring so that it does not break..

I purchased this coffee maker to replace the same model coffee maker that had been in service at a fire station (6-10 pots/day) for over a decade. We had received the previous unit used, so it's possible it was in service allot longer. This model has some nice switch upgrades to it's predicessor and I expect it will be making coffee in the firehouse for a long time to come.

This was the second coffee maker sent. Both were defective and leaked water all over the counter when filled to brew.
