i have been looking for a bonger for a long time. i had them in my college days and they were very soothing. the metal bar seems very strong and I think the item will last for a long time; it's so well made.

These are sturdy, the massage balls are heavy for good muscle massage. I bought something similar a while ago and they were too lightweight to be effective. This one is perfect.

The bongers work great to work out any knots in my back by laying on them. Placing the bonger underneath you and with the weight of your body pressing against the ball, it breaks up any knots or scar tissue in your back. The handle makes it easy to maneuver around. I keep one in my car to use when driving & bring it with me when traveling on planes. It works better than my massage chair or any of my massage devices.

Tapotement massage

I use them for leaning or sitting on, to press on pressure points. The ball is nice and firm for this purpose. I don't use them to bong. I use the stick to aim it. After you use it for maybe 6-12 months, pulling it in and out of areas with the stick, the ball does come unglued from the stick.The original intention-- just holding the handles and "bonging"-- I wouldn't think they would ever come unglued that way.I just buy a new pair after that. It's worth it to me. They work great for my purpose.

Returned one set because of crack in the handle but very satisfying with the product
