Great IEMs with Annoyances
I've been using these for a few months now and have really enjoyed them. The sound is pretty full and never harsh. I had the same problem as another reviewer of them falling out. I replaced the tips with some old skull candy tips I had laying around which helped but it was still a problem. I found out the hard way that the tuning buttons fall out easily as I've now lost the black and metallic ones.Pros:Good balanced sound is great for many different genres. The tuning buttons make a very noticeable difference creating a customizable bass that sounds natural.Build quality feels sturdy.I definitely felt like I got my money's worth.Cons:The very loose fit in my ear is frustrating at times.Tuning buttons don't stay secured and get lost.Sound could have been a bit clearer.Overall score: 7/10. Gets 3/5 stars on my preference. The quality was very good but the cons were too distracting to give more.

Buy it for the sound, and immediately adjust to silver-tuners
Good parts:The NarMoo are best adjusted to the silver sound tuners--these are the balance between fine audio quality and bass output. In terms of isolation and background noise--this is great for listening music to and drowning out classroom noise or whatever annoys you. Its sound quality is reminiscent to that of the Xiaomi Pistons 2 (of similar pricing), but this is a more cheaper alternative that has proven to have the better edge in terms of sound quality.Bad Parts:The black and metallic sound tuners are over-exaggerated bass boosters, and while having used it for a while, I can't say I'm impressed with its quality. These earbuds can easily fall off of you, so its best to wear when sitting down._____Haven't tested its mic, but it appears to be fine from the phone/skype conversations I had before.

There's a slight internal wiring durability concern, but the NarMoos deliver a GREAT sounding headphone at this price point.
I'm a headphone fanatic and have owned MANY, MANY headphones. I wouldn't say I'm an audiophile but I really really care about my headphones/ear buds. I mainly stick to IEM's, (the in ear headphones) since the headphones that "rest" on your ear generally fall out for me / dont sound good at all. I've owned cheap Skull Candies (one without a mic), a Sony pair (IEM, one with a mic), NuForce IEM (ones that are about ~35), Sennheiser IEM (ones that were about 30 too), Apple Ear buds v1, Apple Ear Pods, and I've also had Bose Headphones that go over the head ($120 model), and also last but not least the Bose Quietcomfort 20s (Noise Canceling Ear Buds, Retail $299.99).I will say the NarMoos Surprisingly sound EXTREMELY good to me. The sound quality is really impressive for the price. Compared to all the other IEM's I listed, it outperforms all of them sound quality wise, even the Quietcomforts. The Bose Quietcomfort 20s SHINE when there's noisy environments and you want to just focus on your music, and they sound GOOD, but the NarMoo's sound GREAT. It Isolates noise from the outside environment well, and the music I hear hits a range of music quite well. I haven't tried it with Rock Music or Classic music since I dont listen to that type of music, but for Pop, Hip Hop, Rap, Country, they've all sounded extremely solid. These things pack a big punch for the price tag, and am blown away by how much better these sound than the rest. The Quietcomforts just sound "good" but the NarMoos make my music feel alive and animated.I will say the Headphones probably are a little bass heavy, but with that said the adjustable ear-base tips can remedy this if that's not your thing. At first I was skeptical if the adjustable tips do anything, but after comparing the tips with some of my songs (and repeating particular sections) you can tell a noticeable SLIGHT difference. When your consciously listening to music you'll probably notice the difference but when you're just generally listening it probably wont do a ton. With that said it's still a REALLY cool thing to be able to do, and it DOES work well if your bass is too heavy or you're switching your genre of music you're listening to.I have used these headphones for gaming on the Playstation 4 and the sounds are incredible too. The bass is pretty heavy on FPS's though so when explosions happen you'll hear pretty boom heavy explosions (which I enjoy). You can hear footsteps pretty well if you have a keen sense of hearing, and noises are well heard too.Now sound quality wise, and the adjustable ear tips are cool, but there are some cons to be discussed. The outside wiring of the headphones seem well built, and I wouldn't expect it to tear with normal use. However, with that said the wiring inside of the headphones did crap out on me at the "L" bracket where the headphone itself goes into the phone. My sound would cut out and I noticed if I moved the wire at the "L' spot, I would hear my sound again but it would cut in and out. I believe I had it the headphones for about 4 or 5 months before this happened. I by no means take these things through rugged terrain or anything but I did use them at least 5 times a week from anywhere to 3 to 8 hours a day. (Some Music, some gaming). So maybe I did use them a lot to where the wires inside just got messed up from so much usage. My Bose QuietComforts have been going for 2 years and the wires are still in tact. The NuForce headphones, Sennheisers, and Skullcandies did poop out on me too though. The NuForce lasted the same amount as my Sennheisers I'd say, and the Sennheisers slightly less long. Skullcandies surprisingly lasted the longest, but their sound quality was probably the least desirable.Another con I had was with the Microphone. The play/pause/press twice to skip functionality started slowly not working and then it stopped working completely. I have an iPhone 5 AND an iPhone 6, and it wouldnt work for either after about 3 1/2 months. Could've just been the wiring issue once again since they did break down. The last Con I had was the microphone didnt work on my iPhone 6 (my friend couldnt hear me), although I'm not sure if it had to do with the defective wiring or a compatibility issue. The Mic DID work on my PS4, however my mic would produce an EXTREMELY annoying noise at random intervals (according to my friends), and so I had to switch back to my Turtle Beaches. The silver lining to all of this is that the guys are NarMoo have a 1 year limited warranty, and they were able to get my Headphones replaced with a new pair. So they have great customer service. I shot them an email when my headphones started acting up, they told me to send it in, (Spent about $4 in shipping through USPS), I sent it off, NarMoo told me they couldnt fix them so they'd send me a new one, and I got another pair in about two days (probably since we're both in California). The process was a BIT Slow, it took about ~2 weeks from the time I sent them to the time I got a new pair, but I'm not one to complain since they were quite cooperative and professional.Too long, didn't read: NarMoos made an extremely great value IEM that makes music sound alive and AMAZING for the price point. It isolates noise well too, and they're going to be better than most IEM's at this price point. Durability is a concern, but NarMoo has a 1 year limited warranty that can cover internal wiring damage. For me, they're worth the risk of them breaking (since most IEM's at this price point dont last long anyways). I would say I'm extremely satisfied for the price point, and sound quality of the IEMs despite them breaking down on me. I HAVE to give them 5 stars.

3 broken pairs, garbage and nonexistent customer service.
This is my THIRD pair of NarMoo's that have broken within 2 weeks of purchase. No water spillage. No heavy drops or physical damage. I take good care of them and they simply stop working (across any and all devices). Making matters better, NarMoo's customer service is apparently nonexistent. They don't return any emails or messages. Nada.Wanted to give this company a chance because I think the sound quality and comfort of the buds are great, but I'm not going to support them with my wallet anymore -- not after seeing how utterly low on the totem pole customer satisfaction and durability are for them.
