Rich and Succulent Burger patty. Very lean, quick to cook.
These Burgers are pretty upmarket - ingredients are: Venison, Partridge, Pheasant, Pigeon, Teal & Mallard.A little seasoning and that's pretty much it.Each patty weighs around 160g, so they're a decent size. Two per pack. Succulent and filling.Can be grilled, or done on the stovetop. Pan needs to be good and hot, with just a little oil so that the patty seals quickly - flip and you're done - these patties don't want to be overcooked, there's very little fat in them and they don't shrink much, but they might get a bit dry if they're overcooked.Lovely in a Brioche bun, or a softer bap with a dollop of a tangy chutney. A real treat.

usually very good, but recently been getting a lot of led pellets in them.
been getting these every so often from here, been loving them but the last 2 times there have been a lot of led shot in them, like who ever it putting the meat in the blender is not even checking for shot now. my partner had to go get a filling redone after the pellet pulled her filling out leaving her in pain until it could be redone. so it's just a friendly warning, watch out for led shot, as who ever shoots the game birds seems to be rather fond of nasty scattering buck shot.

Great Burger but
Very little fat on these so a drop of oil if frying will help. Looked very thin before cooking but doubled in thickness when cooked.Taste is great, a little chilli jam is perfect with them.Sadly, this will be my last order. Part of my order was not included in the package, out of stock apparently but still advertised.Other sellers will fill the gap I’m sure.

That was such a good quality
O m g..these patty is just best ever ! Most meat patty shrink like 1/2 but this..and not much greasy fat left on pan my hubby also loved them when i cook it in the first time the smell i didnt convinced it will b good because bit ham kind flavour i confidently recommend it try that!

Best game burger I’ve tasted
I’ve eaten quite a bit of game during the last few years and have tried quite a few game and venison burgers from other suppliers. These are by far the best burgers I have eaten and I plan to buy more for the freezer. They are juicy, flavourful, well-seasoned, and do not shrink or give off any scum in the pan. Highly recommended! Ps their smoked haddock is also exceptional
