I've only used other name brand mascarpone in desserts previously, but recently decided to give this brand a try (it was cheaper). Used it in a tiramisu recipe and also dolloped it into a bowl of turkey chili (instead of sour cream) and...OH man, is it decadent. Super creamy, slightly sweet, and a pleasant flavor.
