BCQLI Half Ripe Rice Paper, Brush Calligraphy Dedicated, 100 Sheets of Paper

I keep experimenting with paper as a 2-year Chinese Brush painter. I got some other paper at the same time as thiswhich looks the same without the wrapper (and I couldn't read the Chinese, anyway!). I like both. One is a little more absorbant than the other so one bleeds more. It's great for practice, and if I happen to do something great, it's fine for wet mounting and matting. I would recommend!

It is difficult to figure out which surface is the face up, event by a pro. It is a little hard for Chinese character writing, maybe it is produced for Chinese painting?

Received yesterday and tried. The absorbency is just about right for practicing 正楷

Marvelous, it's lovely to have so much reasonably priced paper to work on. It makes a lot of practice and experimentation possible.

Not the best quality. Tore very easily.
