Complicated to pair it
Gave it as a gift and it was difficult to pair it. Since it unpairs to the phone, the person opted to not use it anymore.

Waste of money
This watch us a joke. There are two buttons on the side of the watch and no instruction on what there are. It charged for 5 hours and has not lit up yet. I must be really stupid because I can't figure if I need to turn it on and where the turn on button is. The watch on the picture on the box and the actual watch are two different watches.
