A life saver for my expensive indoor bonsai!!
Eight months ago I bought a bag of soil and opened it in my house and hundreds of fungus gnats flew out! They have been breeding like bunnies in every plant I have and eating the roots killing my expensive and very old bonsai trees. I have tried everything to get rid of them, chemicals, home remedies, bug zappers and nothing worked. Then I found Katchy!!! Whooo Hoooo!!! Oh my God, I turned this on and no kidding within 5 minutes there were gnats caught on the sticky disk. Now this works best at night because the bugs are attracted to the glowing blue light and that first night it caught at least 100 gnats! So because I was going to only have it on at night I plugged it into a lamp timer and set it to come on at 8pm and turn off at 6 am that way I don’t have to remember to turn it on and off. I have to say, this is beyond fantastic! And I can’t wait for summer when we have other bugs in the house. I absolutely love that even set on hi, it is so quiet I can’t even hear it running. And the size is perfect, very small and compact and doesn’t look like a bug catcher it will fit in anywhere and look great. You have to give this a try, you will be amazed! I was skeptical when I bought it, but to my surprise it works great! It’s a gotta have it!

It works.
I was skeptical, but this product works well. I leave it on in a darkened area for long period of time, sometimes overnight. It is interesting to see the amount of fruit flies you can catch. We had been having more fruit in the house and therefore more fruit flies which seem difficult to get rid of. I put this near the fruit storage area and it caught a lot. I don't see any fruit flies around anymore.

Gnats begone!
Works wonders at trapping the gnats in my sunroom / greenhouse. Effective and made to fit in the Katchy.

Ineffective
This is complete garbage, it has caught 1 fruit fly in 2 weeks of use. I just junked it and went back to the syrup traps

Tough on bugs.
It was nice size surface area and seems to have a good amount of glue to make the pest stick and get rid of.
