We bought 7 of these chairs over the last year. Only 3 are left in use. Four of thebroke at the weld at the base making them unstable. While pretty and comfortable, they donot hold up. The company claims a 5 year warranty on the metal on its chairs. I calledin to file a warranty claim and was told that they didn't think their were welds on the chairs.I offered to send a picture. They did not honor the warranty [email protected]

I bought this chair to do my Wife’s hair in I do it every day for her and her fav color is Yellow, the chair height is a little tall but I can still reach the top of her head.When the chair arrived at my house and opened the box and pulled out the papers I looked at the checklist and pulled all the pieces to the chair I found the the piston the raises the chair up and down was missing, so I had 2 options.(1) Send it back to Amazon and order a replacement.(2) Contact the manafacter and let them know whats missing.I decided to contact Flash Furniture the manufacture, I wasn’t willing to take a chance on getting another chair from Amazon and having it missing pieces, so I called Flash Furniture and got a nice women On the phone and told her I wasting a part to the chair I ordered off of Amazon, she asked me for the order# gave her that, she found the order and told me what I bought I said yes that’s it.She asked me if I could email her pics of what I received, so I did.They mailed the replacement part the next day it took almost a week to get to me, but at least it got here, if I had sent the chair back and it was missing a part it would have taken even longer.Once the part cane I finished the chair and it’s very nice looks great and my wife loves it.This chair was very easy to put together, I didn’t use the directions I’ve put enough chairs together I don’t need them.

These chairs were fairly easy to put together, as I did them myself, and I am not an expert in these types of things. We used the arms for a while, but decided to take them off to give more flexibility in maneuvering the chairs under the table. We specifically built our new island table higher, to accommodate the arms, but in the end, the arms just made it more challenging with the table frame under the granite. The faux leather is soft and has cleaned up well so far. The chrome bases are like dust magnets, but do clean up easily. We were looking for something with some shine to go with the bling in the blue pearl granite and chrome lights overhead, so these work well. We were concerned that with the arms attached, they may not accommodate some of our larger friends and family, as these seats are not particularly wide. We have 2 and 4 year old granddaughters and so far, these chairs have been working ok for them. The 4 year old can climb up and down on her own most of the time, using them at slightly higher than counter height. I did purchase seat covers to put under their booster seats.

This chair is very strong and sturdy. I bought it to be used with my workbench, but found that the arm is too much to the back and I couldn't rest my arms comfortably on it. So I changed the direction of the arm toward the front ( as is shown in the picture). Wow! This position allows me to bring the Barstool closer to the workbench, and allows my arms to rest comfortably on it, making me to feel more relaxed.

I simply love these bar stools. They were of excellent quality & made extremely sturdy. The only problem I experienced, a sufficient amount of weight needed to be applied while sitting in the chair before they would let down. So, I highly recommend these for adults who have bigger kids, weighing more than 25 pounds. lol! Also, the seller was extremely understanding of my predicament, and to my surprise, immediately refunded my money. That is what I call --- detail to a great business --- quick responding customer care/service, as well sending UPS to pick up my return & REPACKAGE IT FOR ME !!! ... at my convenience. Thank You. We are still reviewing these chairs. I am hoping that the hydraulic-type lift mechanism does not wear out. I suspect that would be the first thing to go. You don't want to use the foot rest without shoes as the round pipe hurts. I put pipe insulator on it to help give it cushion. The base is wide and strong enough that the chair is stable and doesn't want to tip over. That is nice. We will see about ordering more. Do they have these in white? 2 Pk. I got these to see if I want to order this design for our BAR AREA IN OUR NEW GYM. THE PRICE IS WHAT CAUGHT MY EYE. THESE WERE 2 FOR $40.00 AND I am going to test them out on our Military before purchasing the other 15. I want all of the bright colors---no dull stuff for this group of Military that have had enough brown and tan not leaving out the color of SAND. Tell that manufacture that we will need bar stools in red, yellow, green, purple, and BLUE.

I purchased these chairs (2) because I was changing my décor to a modern look and the chairs fit the bill. Nice looking, good quality and easy to assemble if you can follow visual instructions. On the down side, the chairs, in my opinion, are not as comfortable as they could be. At times, I felt like I would slide off if my feet were not on the foot rest. The chairs are sturdy but the white straps covering the arm rests feel like they will start to slide over time. Overall, very happy with the chairs. The shipping box when delivered was horrible. I can't tell if it left the factory that way or it got a beating during the delivery. There were exposed chrome and very small scuffs on the base but not bad enough to have to return. The rest of the packaging was adequate but this should not have left the warehouse this way. I have purchased Flash Furniture in the past and have been happy with them.

These chairs are gorgeous, super study and very well made. I read a review about the chair 'leaning forward' when you sit on it, this happened to us with the first one we fit up, then we noticed that there's an arrow which shows you which way the chair should face on the stand....switched it around and now we're good to go. Would definitely buy one more if they sold singles.

love the chairs , they are much wider than your regular bar stools/chairs but very comfortable and adds to the decor

Chairs are lovely. However, one seat was ledt with a circular impression due to improper packaging. I am hopeful with time and use, this impression with resolve itself and disappear.
