Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I purchased this computer from The IT Buffs in early January 2019 with the sole intent of using it for high end gaming and VR.The computer had no issues for all of 5 months, when suddenly the hard drive failed. Losing all my data. I shipped it back to the IT Buffs to get this fixed and recieved a new machine within a couple of weeks.The new machine had had several changes and modifications, but overall the GPU they had exchanged couldn't cope with even running low end 3D graphics although it claimed it was a gtx1080. So, I ship it back for repair, and receive a new machine (which they assured me worked) within a couple of weeks.Upon opening this package the computer had been so damaged in transit (DPD), it would not even boot. The graphics card had fallen in the machine damaging the motherboard. I have had enough. I just want my money back at this point. They quickly tell me that it has gone past the point of being able to get a refund.So currently the machine is back at the IT Buffs and they have fixed it again with a completely new kit out. 5 days ago they said they are getting it ready to be delivered, and that it would be with me on Tuesday (17th December 2019). It is now Wednesday, I have not heard anything from them. No tracking number.If the matter is not resolved, I will be taking legal action.Do not buy.

Value Gaming PC but.......
The motherboard is so small the graphics card blocks two SATA ports. Which matters if you want to install more than one hard drive.
