This carafe was great for our group and held at least three quarts of hot chocolate for our bonfire. I neglected to clear of our carafe's out and it was still warm the next morning so it definitely keeps drinks insulated. It is a little difficult to get my hand in to clean the inside but it is powerful and nearly fills the cup with one pump. Everyone found it easy to use as well. It was a great purchase for us.

Bought 2 had to return 1 because it would not pump liquid. The 1 we still have works fine.Keep liquid hot for a long time.

This works great! It holds nearly 24 cups of coffee. You do need to make sure that you keep the tab on closed and it will stay hot for most of the day.

I got it less than a year ago. After a while when I poor hot water the, outside wall gets very hot and its not holding the temperature at all.I do not see any visible damage or holes but the product is now useless.Waste of money

We chose this, because if its 5 star rating, people were right.Ordered it, it arrived on time, or earlier if I remember correct.Easy to open, and easy to figure out.Keeps coffee warm all day long (we use it for work)We threw the old one out the next day.I think I may order one for home.

I'm pleased with this product. It holds about 2.5-3 pots of coffee and keeps it warm for several hours without burning it. The unit looks nice and functions well.
