"Personnelle Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor with Illuminated Black XL Display and USB Connection" requires batteries.The instructions say you can't even use the AC adapter with batteries installed. There is no USB port on the unit and no mention of one in the instructions. The instructions do mention included batteries, but those are missing as well. This can't be good for my blood pressure!Update: Found batteries wrapped in the cuff in the pouch. Still no USB.Further update: Amazon gave me a total credit. Eventually I hooked it up and started using it. It works well enough. You might find it hard to put on your arm with one hand, but after the first time you can just slide your arm in. There is a switch on the back, but other than that you just touch the face. The switch could probably be left on because the unit just goes to sleep.

The description indicates that the unit comes with software, USB cable, and AC adapter. Not only did they not come with the unit, but there's not even a USB port on the device. There IS a mark on the plastic case that suggests that they do have a model with a USB port, but this one is not it!Stay away from this POS!
