Malheureusement j’ai reçu une machine avec le software défectueux résultat niveau couture droite c’est OK mais le lettrage c’était du n’importe quoi aléatoire problème connu que cette machine :( donc faut tomber sur une avec le software OK

A prima vista sembra quasi un gocattolo, ma in realtà è molto resistente, facile cucire anche tessuti piu spessi,tipo velluto da tappezzeria e cuoio fine! Facile da imparare, consiglio comunque di scaricare il pdf del manuale dal suo sito ,dove si trova anche piccoli video per l' uso dei piedini di corredo!

Es una maquina de coser super completa. La he estado usando varios meses y va muy bien. No soy una profesional de costura así que para los principiantes vale también. Es fácil de manejar. Tiene muchas funciones y cose bien las telas gruesas. Lo único que he encontrado que faltaría es la posibilidad de regular la presión del prensatelas. Y tampoco encuentro mesa de extensión para ella. Si alguien sabe de alguna que le valga seria de ayuda saberlo. Resto perfecto!!

An excellent entry-level computerised sewing machine for the beginners...it has a learning curve; but it's extremely user friendly and anyone can learn using it in a jiffy. It is probably one of the most affordable computerised machines in the market and offers a great value for money.The only thing I was skeptical about was the customer support, considering some competing brands offer sales and service in my city, while the nearest service centre for this brand is 100km away. But the glowing reviews here gave some reassurance. Nevertheless I contacted the company and bombarded them with lengthy mails wrt to the service centres and what I am supposed to do if something goes wrong. I received prompt replies for every single mail with detailed information, which gave me some reassurance that I won't be left without service and support.After I received the machine, installation and setup was a breeze. I am a beginner and I didn't know the basics of sewing. As a result, when I couldn't get some patterns right, I panicked and contacted their customer care. They explained things over a video call and taught me how I should use those modes and where things went wrong. In fact they offered to give me a training session, though I could not opt for it due to the language barrier. SO, I have had a good experience overall.To summarise,- It's a good machine- it works well and it's easy to use (always refer the manual before trying anything new - look for the right presser foot for the application and the settings for that)- it's packed with features that are not available on any other machine in this price range- It's a good value for money- The company replies to your queries fast and is sincere with resolving your issuesI would recommend it now. But take it with a grain of salt: I am a beginner and I have never touched any other sewing machine in my life before. I have started using it only now, though I have learnt a lot with it in a short time. I need to use it for a year or two and see if I'll be of the same opinion in the long run. Cheers!
