Missing parts
I received my Moza Air with Thumb Controller and Dual Handle kit today however the batteries were missing as was the Dual Ball Head Mount Adaptor and the tripod, fortunately this is Dispatched from and sold by Amazon so returns are as easy as printing a return label attaching it to the box it came in and having it picked up. I chose to have it replaced rather than a refund, I'm hoping the next kit comes complete and as described, what I can say is the parts look quality and the carry case is good too, just a pity whoever does quality control before it leaves the factory isn't great at their job, I will update my review after I receive my hopefully complete kit

Excellent piece of kit !
Great service - delivered in 2 days. Just starting to play with the product but it is very solidly built and works a treat. Easy to set up - use some online videos for a practical demonstration. Overall very happy with purchase.

everything works great aprt from i never recieved my remote
i really was excited for this product, and when i got it everything worked well but their was no remote! which was a key feature and also why i paid the extra?
