Worthy info for bodybuilders
While some topics in this manual might seem dated or replaced it is fundamentally priceless because it pushes all the current confusion aside & reminds you of the basic laws of bodybuilding which seem to be re-written daily with social media. If you're looking for the final stake in your quest to figure it all out then save your money but if you're looking to simplify & apply legitimate professional knowledge to your arsenal then I would suggest spending the money. I refer to this as a manual because it's a living directory not a one time read & toss aside.

A great book to take with you too the gym!
A nice log book to keep with you at the gym! Has a Exercise log inside! Chris Aceto breaks this book down with deep science on how to work out and gives you supplement science broken down in laymans terms. I have been a big fan of this mans works and the people he has trained for the Mr. Olympia. Always a fan and grateful to have some of his writings! Thank you Chris!

A must have guidness book !
Chris Aceto explains it all in this book, everything you need to know about building a bigger body, leaner, and much more. I have been struggling since i have started to work out to get the correct information about training and nutrition regarding this wonderful life style ( bodybuilding ),but i won't anymore. If you are facing what i faced then you must get this guide book!Update: 26/08/2014I had stopped working out for few years and not that I am back to working out I started re-reading this useful book.

Not many books cover the detail and depth of bodybuilding
I’m not a huge fan of the section of exercises but that being said I did find a large portion of this book helpful. The way he explains and defines terms makes it very easy to commit to memory. I’m also a huge fan of the hard cover binding and the spiral binding makes it easy to read.

Great book by one of the best Prep coaches in the game! Super informative love it if he made an more up to date one but this is still a great read!
