Good Quality
So far I used this to make Thai papaya salad. On the first day I made one serving of papaya salad and hand washed it. The following day I made three servings of papaya salad one after the other and hand washed it after making the three servings of papaya. I was afraid of this product absorbing flavors or smells but so far it hasn’t produced such smells or flavors. Next time I plan on making pesto in it and will update my review on how it handles pesto making

Beautiful Quality Design
This is the perfect size for making a vinaigrette or a sauce directly in the bowl. Great quality. Feels and looks expensive and is so pretty we leave it out on our kitchen island.
