This book was very good.
I like the referring to biblical verses. I love that no matter what her sister did, she forgave her. I love that threw it all the love remains.

God is always in control
Even though all seemed lost for Amaryllis, the power of prayer is greater. That is why we should always pray for family.

ITZ KELZ!!!!!
This book right here was just too much. It was so good, I couldn't put it down. Amaryllis was a hot mess. She didn't care who she hurt to get what she wanted. A person like her had to have some unline issues for her behavior. I loved that fact that James didn't let himself get weak enough to fall for her tactics. Goes to show that there are real men out there that really and truly love their women. I know that this is a Christian book, and excuse me for what I am about to say, but Amaryllis is so lucky that all her sister Michelle did was hit her in the nose and put her out. Had that been someone else, she would have had a well whooped ass!!! Lucky and fortunate for her that Michelle has jesus in her and a forgiving heart. The book was a GREAT read and I am now reading the Crossroads. Keep on giving us the good stuff. Thank you!!!

Wow!
At first I didn't like this so called Amaryllis. Lol! Had to remind myself this is a book! In the end I was so proud of her. This author is great at keeping your attention and I look forward to reading more of her books!

Never Too Late
Amaryllis had to find her way and did. She needed a break from her mother, who I believe was the reason she behaved as she did. A well kept secret/lie almost broke the sister but they found strength in each other. Amaryllis's previously wild behavior gave her the insight to steer her niece in the right direction.

... was going to do by the way her sister loved her future husband
you could tell what she was going to do by the way her sister loved her future husband, you could tell that Amaryllis was going to go after James. The best part of the book was when Amaryllis gave her life to Christ, I liked her sister's faith in God even thought her sister did her wrong she forgave her and prayed that her life would be spared. God is good, christian books can be good without sex and profanity, keep trying!

While reading this book you feel like you want to throw Amaryllis out of a third floor CLOSED window. Is there anything she wouldn't do? Just when I thought she hit rock bottom, she started to dig. But God.... Powerful book about a rough street sistah who meets Jesus.
