Sweet
It's not sugar-free. The second ingrent listed is "cane sugar". According to the nutrition-chart, the total sugar per serving is only 2g, so it's relatively low.Strangely, the ingredients also list stevia, which probably helps explain why it's so sweet with only 2g sugar.Stevia is my preferred sweetener, and since they're using stevia anyway, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me why they'd use cane sugar at all.IMHO, it'd be better to just drop the sugar altogether and increase the amount of stevia to arrive at a comparable level of sweetness. Low-sugar is better than high-sugar, but "no-sugar" is better than that. The flavor is nice. I'm always a little bit skeptical about strawberry-flavored products, because many of them use some artificial "strawberry-ish" flavoring that's awful. This one is pretty good, though. Each packet has 100mg caffeine, which is about the same as a cup of regular coffee. I find it nice that there's also 100mg of L-theanine. Caffeine and theanine are a good combination to provide the alertness/wakefulness without the jittery focus issues that sometimes arise from caffeine alone.I think the cost is a bit excessive, though. It works out to $2 a serving. Maybe that's not a lot to others, but to me it's high for one cup.The product is good, and I'd have no problem recommending it to others (at least to try it), but it's not something I'd order again unless a good discount/coupon was available. At a more reasonable price, I might consider subscribing to have it delivered reguarly.

Amazing!
I absolutely love this. I’ve heard of this type of drink before and was curious about it, and I am thrilled I tried it. I drank one bag every day for two weeks, and here is precisely what it does for you. It gives you energy. I have not had this energy in a long time, even when drinking coffee. I didn’t get that jittery high, just focus. I didn’t get that brain fog feeling, and I typically get it around 2 PM during work. I just felt focused and ready to conquer the day. It tastes excellent. I have to say, despite it having mushrooms in it. I do not like mushrooms, but this was a fantastic drink. The only thing about this I did not like is that no matter how many times I would shake my water bottle, there was still a bit of sediment on the bottom. The instructions say to shake for a few seconds, and everything should be combined, but no matter how many times I would shake for a few seconds or a minute, there would still be some sediment on the bottom. This wasn’t a big issue, as after a while, I would shake the water bottle again, and it would mix well. I cannot describe how much energy I had for the past two weeks and how good I felt when drinking it. I highly recommend this for anyone who drinks a lot of coffee and wants an alternative, or for anyone who wants to try it and get rid of that brain fog during work. And it most certainly cleans out your gut with those probiotics and probiotics in there. It definitely helps with weight loss. In the past two weeks, I have lost 4 pounds just by doing everything else I would normally do, I only added drinking this. I would highly recommend this. I only wish the price wasn’t so high for 20 sticks.

Tastes great and works as well as the other instant yerba mate tea I’ve tried from Brainista
This is the second instant yerba mate tea powder I’ve tried from Brainista. The first was peach mango and I absolutely loved it. That surprised me at first since it includes Stevia as a sweetener, which I don’t care for. What made the difference may be the inclusion of allulose, which is a newer natural low-calorie sugar substitute made from corn, but one that I personally think does the best job of mimicking the taste and consistency of real sugar.Yet as tasty as the peach mango was, I like this Strawberry Matcha flavor even more. Light, crisp with a strong, but not overpowering strawberry taste and a hint of matcha. No bitterness at all. Like the first one I tried, this mixes well in cold water. The effect is also similar in a good way. One serving provides enough of a caffeine kick to replace my morning coffee with no jitteriness or crash when it wears off. Also, like the first pack I ordered, these come in convenient single serving packs you can take with you anywhere. This makes it easier than having to measure powder, which can get messy.Pricewise, these come out to about $2 per serving, which is actually a bit cheaper than the peach mango ones I tried before. As I stated then, based on my favorable experience with these so far, I think they’re worth it and would recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and refreshing way to get a quick boost of energy.

Good flavor!
New Yerba user here and I really like it.• The taste is a nearly a natural strawberry taste, its delicious. Does have a bit of a candy flavor, but still yummy.• Color- A pretty, lime green that really doesn't color my drink much.• Mixability- The powder dissolved very well on its own in my almond milk while I was getting the protein powders. ZERO, grittiness, and undissolved powder. I did use a Ninja on a smoothie setting, but this powder doesn't need a blender at all!• Sugar Content- 2g table sugar, 2g stevia. I tried the mix straight out of the package (like the straw candy powder) and its not overly sweet.• Health benefits- pro and prebiotics which have become more important for my digestion as I get older. Didn't cause gas or bloating.• Cost - SadlyI won't be purchasing this in the future even though I really like it. Though it is a good product the cost is inflated.• I used my Yerba packet in a breakfast smoothie. I mixed it into unsweetened Almond milk, real strawberries and added various vanilla and strawberry protein powders for a delicious, strawberry smoothie that tasted like a strawberry milk shake. The smoothie is light drinking and not heavy like a milkshake.Definite 5 star product.
