Ancestry DNA

This is a total Fraud...I buy this producto... and when I try to log in with the secret code... the website answer me that the code was wrong or maybe before by someone else.I need my money back.

Bought this for a true friend for Christmas. Her mother had been adopted and she did not know much about her background or ancestors. I helped her complete the kit, this was not necessary as the directions are simple, she was just too excited to do it on her own. Once the results were in, I was the first one she called. She was happy to know that the results mentioned many of her relatives had lived in many regions abroad. Of course, she had to read me the long and very extensive list. This information excited her as the results stated that many of her relatives had immigrated to West Virginia to settle. West Virginia is where her mother was born. My friend is so pleased that this DNA kit gave her some insight into her past, that she is now excited about contacting other relatives, still living, who were matched with her. Expensive for the information received. Mostly a gateway to promote other services and information that should be included in purchase price.

The product arrived packaged in good condition. I had to return it because it didn’t meet the specific DNA kit access I needed. My niece started a family tree with different DNA service. I need to match it.

So little to say. My granddaughter is list as my first to second cousin and they are pretty darn sure of it.

I wanted to know more about about my genetic make up and was surprised and delighted at the results.
