This slipper is an absolute junk. It’s a very cheaply made product with a heavy flexible rubber. Unsmooth finish with loose plastic pieces sticking out from all around the outeredges of both soles. I wouldn’t wear this even if it was for free. It provides very little support let alone massage. The so called foot massage layer glued to the surface is already detached from the top of one of the slippers. I could go on but I’ll stop... as for their customer service, here is what I experienced, I purchased this item by mistake thinking it was a new design of another brand I buy regularly. Once i checked out, I immediately realized my mistake and contacted the seller to cancel my order. Obviously my request was ignored. The following day I received notice of shipment of order. Once it was delivered I contacted the seller again, expecting a smooth sailing return authorization. To my surprise they responded “this item is not d” ... what??? I guess knowing their product they must be afraid that once they open that gate they won’t be able to stop the flood of returns.

I SPEND MONEY TO GET THIS WORST PRODUCT AND GOT SEVERE LEG PAIN. VERY BAD PRODUCT AND VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.

They serve their purpose.

I love this slipper ,no more ankle pain.

The slippers are not comfortable at all. I wear it everyday at home and the sole of my feet hurt too much. I thought the pain will reduce after a couple of days. But it's over a week and inspite of wearing it for about 16 hours a day, the pain on the soles still continues. In fact the magnets protrude out causing the most pain and leaving a marks on the sole. I'm not sure of the benefits.

Good quality and comfortable slippers. I ordered for color blue but received grey. However, I liked it much and I got one more for my mother too.

I ordered this one for my father in law for the purpose of improving circulation and to be used as a compensatory mechanism as he tends to do toe walking, so when it hurts him more on toes with inc pressure, he tries to compensate and that I think will improve his gait pattern. But, will recommend someone to buy. Nice product!

Its not at all good. I took a lil bigger size so i had to return it but in this product return option was nt there. I had to finally waste my money by keeping it.The slippers are very heavy. I bought it for mom but she is nt able to wear it

This slippers are not as good looking as shown in images. Secondly its very rough to use as the pressure is very high and you tend to put them off after 5-7 mins use.Good for accupressure for smll time. Even the plastic quality is not that good
