This comes with no real instructions. I wore it to bed and the next morning I had a sore in my ear that I still cant get to go away!! It only says to put it in your left ear, it does not say for how long. This product should be removed.

Waste of money
After waiting a month for delivery, Zero instructions for Zerosmoke, after wearing I have a very sore ear AND I actually smoke more now than before...Please don’t waste your money!
