Q: Is this palette deep enough to hold the Milani domed baked blushes?

Not sure on the brushes specifically but probably not. They aren't deep enough for many blush pallets

Q: How deep of a pan will it fit?

It only fits 3.5mm height metal pans.

Q: How many eye shadows can it hold?

It size 15x10cm(5.9x3.9inch),which can storage 15pcs 1 inch diameters eyeshadow.

Q: How do you remove the single makeup palettes from the old container without breaking?

I used a metal nail file which is pretty thin to wedge it between the pan and the old container to pry them out. I used this for a cardboard palette which was pretty easy but I don't know how you would fare with the plastic palettes.
