I was very skeptical and doubtful and even more so when I seen the product and open the package but then when I actually used it I was blown away it how perfectly and effectively it worked I have seen old five bar cranks and other products used this one for $50 it's the best I've ever seen most portable and convenient whoever is giving this bad ratings isn't using it correctly or isn't getting the same product I received
