Very pleased!
I have many excellent cardio workout videos, but I've "outgrown" all of them as my abilities have progressed. I discovered tabata and was doing it on my own, but there's something about a video that just makes it more fun. I like this video because Amy is upbeat and encouraging without being annoying. She uses the recovery breaks between each new tabata move to explain the move and give beginner, intermediate, and advanced versions, which is a good use of time. Some other posters have commented about being unable to forward through those breaks once they have the moves down. I plan to eventually just do additional cardio moves during those times, making it even more of a workout.I also like that fact that I don't need to be a dancer to do the moves. So many of the advanced-level cardio videos out there equate intensity with complexity. I have two left feet and get frustrated when I am spending so much effort trying to do the moves that I'm sacrificing intensity. This video is a welcome relief! I understand that there are more videos in this series and I am looking forward to getting them to add even more variety to my cardio regimen.

Incrediable!!!
I Love Tabata.. Amy is an incredible in structure...The only thing that i did not like is that You can not forward the DVD once you have learned all the exercise to which one that you want to do..I would love a feature that you just exercise instead of her showing each level everytime..but the most part ITs AWESOME!!!.

Prepare to Sweat, and Feel Proud of Yourself For Getting Through It
Excellent cardio workout. Tabata rocks! You WILL work up a sweat. And you will most likely feel it the next day. You can choose your level for each set so as you get more fit, you can increase your level. Keep your remote handy because you'll want to fast forward through the explanations once you have the moves down. Amy is charming and motivating and is right there working out with you. The DVD is done in a professional manner, which I look for. So glad I have discovered Amy Dixon.

Great workout!
This will defiantly get your heart rate up! I love it bc it is simple. I'm not good at workouts that want you doing choreography. I just want to be working and sweating, not memorizing routines, and this is a great fit for me. I've been doing insanity for a year, and I feel this gives me just of good of a workout. Not easy, but that is what I'm looking for. I like the 2 nd breathless body better, just bc it's a little less repetitive.

Not for Beginners
This is a VERY intense workout for semi-beginners. I am saving it for when I am in good enough shape, this was recommended by the same friend that recommended Jackie Warner and he couldn't even get through the first set after being away from it for a while! I recommend it to more advanced fitness enthusiasts, that is the only reason for the 3 star rating.

Great workout. Easy to follow and keep up and good levels to choose from. The beginning exercise is jumping jacks and although there are supposed to be eight sets of 20 seconds each, she does do the fourth set twice so you actually are doing nine sets. The rest is all fine.
