These are the most addictive things ever! And at 160 calories per bar, you can enjoy it guilt free.They are a soft, slightly chewy & gently crunchy treat that won’t ruin your dental work. I have several implants & numerous crowns & unlike the hard granola bars, I eat these without fear . I enjoy one or two every day!

These are a healthy snack and taste good. Not overpowering like the peanut ones. The almonds are crunchy and this is filling.
