I guess it's better than really bad taste, reminds back in the 80's when protein bars were the craze and they all tasted like formed wood dust. Looks like good simple ingredients, Quest bars taste WAY better, texture is on par with Quest, ingredients may be more pure and simpler. Can find much better tasting bars with more protein. Sorry for the lackluster review, had high hopes

I don't understand why the bars were changed, as they were really great before. I even found it worth it at $2-$3 a pop. Now they're just nowhere near as good. I'm really disappointed.

They are small and different than before. They look like rxbars bought them liked them better before change.

Was a big fan of the old bars, this new and improved bar is no good, extremely small in size compared to original one. I think they based the new bars size on an RX bar. These are no RX bars, The taste is waxy compared the old ones as well. My biggest complaint is the addition of chicory root being added. These things give me the worst gas pain ever, old ones never did this, I googled chicory root, turns it can cause all types of abdominal and intestinal distress in some individuals.RX bar

I eat and have tried a lot of bars .. I can’t believe that people are saying these taste good compared to Lara bars or RX bars .. they are so so dry and you can’t taste the dates or fruit or nuts .. they lack flavor ! I’m so disappointed Bc I ordered a whole box based on reviews from people who have eaten bars.

These are disgusting and I’m pretty sure very old. The outside box says sell by 4/2019 but the individual bars are not labeled. The bars are crumbly and light brown like old chocolate. Some bars are half the size of others. This whole thing is questionable and I will avoid these in the future.

At first bite I didn't love these bars, but by the second bite I was hooked. They're not as moist as bars with more artificial ingredients but the aftertaste of these, and the way they don't cause bloat, is far superior to any other bar I've had, I highly recommend them!

These are terrible. They are dry, chalky, and the flavor is subpar. I eat a lot of protein bars so I know that they can have great flavor and don't have to be dry. Do yourself a favor and skip purchasing these.
