Works well, and great customer support for me!
Works well, though the instructions on the Ebikeling website are still lacking. I had to find a separate manual for programming the sw900 display options, just so I could switch it from KPH to MPH for instance. I don't think the display has ever shown more than 1000 watts of usage, but my smart battery management system shows over 1500 watts just fine. The 34mph top speed is also a good indication.I did find a bend in the rear wheel after just 4 rides, when I don't even remember hitting any notable impacts. I emailed Ebikeling a video of the problem, and they sent me a new wheel to swap it out with no problem!

Really impressed so far
Wow about sums it all up. Easy to install and everything is going great. On a private road with a fully charged battery, I was able to reach 40+ mph. Only did it once since I am almost 50 and really want to cruise in the mid 20s. Only issue I had was the torque arm bag had been opened previously and had "used" written on it. I contacted them and within 24 hours they responded and had a replacement within 2 days. Highly recommend this product and seller.

Peddle assist does not work
The peddle assist mode does not work, as soon as you start pedaling the motor goes into a full on position only stopping when it reaches the speed that you have set , ie 50mph, or when you disengage it by hitting one of the brakes

Super fun
Top speed on flat pavement and no wind is 43mphClimbs hils like a charm, I've climbed very steep hills, although starting at the bottom takes a few seconds to gain momentum I've climbed at nothing less than 25mphJust be careful, spokes must be maintained regularly and too many bumps and potholes finally shattered my wheel... :)
