Garmin Approach S10 GPS Golf Watch, Black

I have now used this watch a few times and it is very accurate. Easy to set up although I couldn't get the date working but that might just be me. Picks up the course within minutes of turning it on. You can also keep your score on this watch but I haven't used this as have a score card. I have checked different markers on the golf course, 200, 150 and 100 and all seem to be with in 1-2 yards. Gives you lay up distance for hazards and dog legs. this watch has given me an advantage with club selection I just need to start swinging at the same speed on every shot. Taken about 4 shots off each time I have played and this watch is working great for me. Tiger Woods watch out! Played 3 rounds over a weekend without charging it once so battery life is very good. only downside is the side buttons get pressed when on your glove hand so it takes a little time getting used to this and making sure your glove doesn't touch. very glad I bought this. Would highly recommend.

I purchased this for my daughter who has been playing golf for 18 months but she is a teenager and loses things. This was a perfect compromise as she is able to wear it, the price is fair and can be replaced if lost. It gives her enough detail to learn without being overwhelmed. A great starter range finder. She was over the moon as even on a small wrist it was not too clunky. All in all a great purchase and a happy daughter.

Basic functions which are easily navigated on the watch. It is accurate and gives distance to front middle and back of green at a glance. Usually takes about 45 seconds to locate satellites. The dark screen is best for use in sunlight. Haven’t used the apps functions yet to follow any stats. But this watch does exactly what it says on the tin and is a good entry level purchase. The strap is rubberised and a bit fiddly to adjust under the fixing bar. This is however me being picky on what is a great product at the price point.

I bought this as I started playing golf again after 12 years out. I have only used the basic function to date and that alone is worth the money. Great product and accurate too. I would say once switching on allow 5 minutes for it to get positioning then you are good to go.

I have this watch and have been delighted with it for several years so I bought the same for my husband. It is simple to use, works all over the World and has details like lay ups for hazards and distances to bunkers etc. No need to pay a fortune for a golf watch

Very good value for money - it is still working well for me

A very good golf watch, easy to use and holds a far better charge than my previous watch (Sky caddie SW2). i've had no problems with satellite link or with it identifying the correct course. I note in a few reviews that individuals have commented on these issues but suspect if you're patient with it isn't a problem. Very happy with this device. My only concern is the strap doesn't appear particularly robust.

Got this as I’d lost my Garmin clip on. I’m not keen on wearing a watch when playing golf but this one is so lightweight it’s hardly noticeable.It looks great and is incredibly useful in my club selection. Once charged the battery lasts at least three rounds. A great feature is the showing of distances to hazards which helps with either laying up or going for the green.
