I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and often have little appetite or motivation to eat. Because of this, I feel that I need to get as much energy as possible from the good I am able to eat. It seemed odd, at first, for me - a 63-year-old, disabled, female (Cold) War Veteran - to be taking a supplement intended for athletes, body-builders and gym-goers, but these thermogenic capsules do EXACTLY what I need them for.I have been trying another type recently, but they just don't suit me as well. Also, I have three other supplements from this supplier and all have proved excellent, in terms of consistency of quality, value and efficacy..... Customer service is pretty good too!I shall be back!!!!

Very good product but you most work out to feel the difference.. i was getting sick when I took one and didn't go to the gym
